Under the referral network, you will not have MLS access. You may not list any properties for sale. If you have a listing opportunity, you can refer the listing to another agent for a referral fee.
Your monthly dues to Bold are due on the first of each month, these are the only dues you are required to pay while under Bold Associates.
All residential referral fees to Bold are capped at $275, commercial referral fees are 10% to Bold with no cap.
